Responsibilities
- Review prescriptions and patient medical histories for appropriateness
- Identify and resolve clinical or administrative issues
- Provide counseling to patients and caregivers
- Work collaboratively within a pharmacy team
- Deliver pharmacy services efficiently under time and volume constraints
Qualifications
- Unrestricted Kentucky RPh license in good standing
- 2-3 years of progressive pharmacy experience
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written
