Pharmacist - Retail Pharmacy
About the role
The staff pharmacist integrates the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient's quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Integrate pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process
- Collaborate with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients to improve their quality of life
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Washington Pharmacist License
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program (preferred)
- One year retail pharmacists experience (preferred)
