About the role
The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting, providing training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The program advances the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence and develops the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Responsibilities

- Develop skills, knowledge, and attitude for high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Requirements
- Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License or Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration.
- Within 120 days of hire, or as outlined by program policies (whichever is sooner): Washington Pharmacist License.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- PharmD degree.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Demonstrated drug knowledge, IV knowledge, and compounding ability.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.87 - $39.59 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
- Full time, Day Shift.
- 40 working hours weekly.
