Role Overview This position involves independently reviewing and assessing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems. The pharmacist collaborates with healthcare professionals, manages drug therapy protocols as part of a multidisciplinary team, compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug-related information, and supervises pharmacy support staff.
