Pharmacist - Outpatient Pharmacy

Role Overview Provides comprehensive medication management services in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient patient care. Responsibilities include assessing medication therapy regimens, verifying and entering medication orders, monitoring therapy, and educating patients on medication use. Actively participates in quality improvement, research, and educational activities, and collaborates within protocol-driven practices. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an ACPE-accredited Pharm.D. program or a B.S. with at least 2 years relevant experience.Current pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one.Preferred advanced degrees, board certifications, residency completion, and scholarly pursuits.Strong attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in a collaborative, progressive practice environment and interest in teaching or precepting are desirable. Key Duties Medication therapy assessment, management, and documentation.Medication order verification and distribution.Patient education and pharmaceutical care services.Participation in quality improvement, research, and educational initiatives. This role is exempt, full-time, with rotating shifts, and does not include sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $119,208 to $188,260 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
