About the role
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety, and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient, including routine, stat, and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment, and clinical programs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
- PGY1 residency preferred or BCOP (or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
- Doctorate degree required
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
