Responsibilities
- Oversees the mixing of oncologic therapeutics and associated medication.
- Reviews chemotherapy orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Aids physicians in optimizing drug therapies.
- Serves as supervisor of the oral dispensing center.
- Participates in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline development.
- Provides accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
Experience
- Two years of Pharmacist experience required.
Education
- Pharm.D or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency.
Licenses/Certifications
- CA PharmD License (Preferred).
Pay
$136,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
