Pharmacist Intern
About the role
This position is a pharmacist-in-training and as such may, in the execution of their job and under the direction and supervision of a pharmacy preceptor, perform all the duties of a pharmacist except the final check of medications. An intern (in conjunction with a pharmacy preceptor) is responsible for helping to assure that patients receive safe, efficient, cost effective drug therapy and for providing clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy
Qualifications
- Washington Pharmacist License --or-- Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
