Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maximize contribution by prioritizing daily tasks and supporting the team
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, fostering personal relationships and promoting health and wellness
• Maintain a positive work environment, encouraging accountability and teamwork
• Manage team performance, ensuring prescriptions are processed efficiently
• Advocate for pharmacy initiatives and mentor colleagues
• Use pharmacy technology effectively and proactively advance clinical services like MTM and immunizations
• Support the pharmacy team in managing inventory and sales
• Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist certification
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
