Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maximize contributions by managing daily tasks and fostering team dynamics
• Provide exceptional pharmacy service, support staff, and build customer relationships
• Maintain a positive work environment and encourage accountability
• Ensure operational efficiency by managing tasks and supporting the team
• Make informed decisions using best practices and pharmacy technology
• Mentor colleagues on pharmacy best practices and enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives like Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and immunizations
• Work flexible hours to meet customer needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• A graduate of a school of pharmacy
• An unrestricted, state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist with state requirements met or scheduled to meet
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
