Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, fostering personalized relationships and clinical services like MTM
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet customer needs
• Manage team performance and cover complex operational activities
• Advocate for pharmacy initiatives and mentor colleagues
• Use pharmacy technology systems effectively and advance clinical initiatives like MTM and immunizations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted, state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist status (or scheduled for training)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
