Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maximize contribution by managing daily tasks and supporting the team
• Empower staff to provide value and service through counseling and clinical services
• Build rapport with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive environment
• Mentor team members on best practices to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Manage team performance, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly
• Use pharmacy technology effectively and proactively implement clinical initiatives
• Support pharmacy operations and assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted, state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist meeting state requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
