About the role

The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist leads clinical content and workflow initiatives for home infusion engagements with partner health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops business cases, implementation plans, and operational workflows for home infusion services.
• Provides clinical validation for data used in business planning.
• Creates best practice policies, including medication protocols for specialty infused products.
• Assesses and implements seamless referral workflows, documentation, and communication tools.
• Develops staffing models and hours based on clinic volume indicators.
• Supports and guides the implementation of business operations and workflows.
• Engages with clinic stakeholders to inform business plan development.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; Master's in Business Administration/Management preferred. Strong clinical knowledge, workflow development skills, and ability to collaborate across teams are essential. Willingness to travel nationwide is expected. Work is primarily in a clinical environment, with adherence to organizational policies. The role demands competencies outlined in departmental orientations for success.
