Job Summary The Clinical Specialist in Pharmacy Consulting Services leads clinical content and workflow development for home infusion projects with partner health systems. They oversee business case creation, implementation planning, referral processes, and serve as the primary clinical contact for partners. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, planning, and ongoing supportProvide clinical validation for data supporting home infusion strategiesDevelop best practice policies, including medication protocols for specialty infused productsAssess and implement seamless referral workflows, including documentation and communication toolsRecommend staffing models and operational hours based on clinic volumeSupport the deployment of business operations and workflowsEngage with clinic stakeholders to inform business planningTravel up to 15% nationwide as needed Work is performed in a clinical environment, requiring adherence to policies and procedures. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required) and preferred Master’s in Business Administration/Management.
