About the role

The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist serves as the clinical content and workflow lead for home infusion enablement engagements, acting as the primary clinical contact for partner health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation planning, and ongoing operational support
• Provide clinical validation for data assumptions used in business plans
• Develop best practice policies and procedures, including medication protocols for specialty infused products
• Assess and implement frictionless referral workflows with standard documentation, informatics tools, and communication channels
• Recommend staffing models and operational hours based on clinic volumes
• Support and guide business operations and workflow implementation
• Engage with clinic stakeholders to inform business plan development
• Travel nationwide as needed (up to 15%)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Master's in Business Administration/Management preferred.
