This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on the clinical account team
- Analyze drug utilization patterns and trends for clinical consulting services
- Collaborate with clients on commercial and Medicare Part D initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams and clinicians to support clinical programs
- Maintain above-average client satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3 years of managed care experience or 1 year in a Managed Care Residency program at the company
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in state of residence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in large data sets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Formulary and Utilization Management within a PBM environment
- Knowledge of PBM adjudication engines and client support systems

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,925 – $249,600 annually
