Pharmacist
About the role
Serves as a clinical pharmacist providing direct pharmaceutical care for patients within the Indian Health Service. This position is considered as the major source of pharmaceutical clinical information and is expected to manage selected patients with chronic disease states, as well as providing pharmaceutical care for acute patients.
Responsibilities
- Provides pharmaceutical care for patients within the Indian Health Service.
- Maintains expertise in pharmacotherapy and patient care.

Requirements
A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
Qualifications
PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
Current license to practice pharmacy in at least one state.
Completion of a residency program in ambulatory care pharmacy preferred.
Skills
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
