Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on appropriate use of medications
• Oversight of the Meds to Beds program
• Medication ordering
• Inventory management
• Vaccinations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred
• BLS certification and ACLS certification preferred
