Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to all patients.
• Ensures patient safety within the scope of patient care provided, which may include General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
