About the role

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the pharmacy program, overseeing the ordering and dispensing of pharmaceutical drugs while ensuring compliance with state pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Services Coordinator, Quality/TQI Director, and CFO to maintain and manage all 340B and DMEPOS policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to TJC, CMS, and other regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use electronic medical record systems
  • Pharmacist license in the state of practice
