Pharmacist
About the role
This onsite role involves accurately processing and dispensing prescription medications in a specialty pharmacy setting. You will work in a structured, patient-focused environment providing pharmaceutical care, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and safety standards
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and clarify with healthcare providers when needed
- Maintain proper records for prescriptions and controlled substances
- Utilize pharmacy systems and tools to support workflow and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License in Kentucky (required, must be in good standing)
- 0–2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, specialty or hospital pharmacy
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems
- Customer or patient-facing experience
Work Environment
Onsite specialty pharmacy with a structured, process-driven workflow. This role includes patient interaction, collaboration with healthcare providers, and use of pharmacy systems in a professional setting.
Shifts
Monday – Friday (Closed on Sundays)
1st shift (6am - 9am start)

- Location: Southgate, Kentucky (Onsite)
- BGV & Drug Test Required
- In-person interview (30–45 minutes, includes facility tour)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $124,800.00 - $135,000.00/yr.
