Pharmacist - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital - Alle Kiski (Natrona Heights, PA) is seeking a Pharmacist to join our dedicated team. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $50.00 - $65.00 per hour, based on experience, and includes a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Responsibilities

• Having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixtures.
• Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Correctly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
• Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.
• Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
• Current State licensure required.
• BLS if required by State.

Qualifications

• Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency preferred.

Pay

• $50.00 - $65.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Full Time, 32 hours per week.
• Weekend on call.
