You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Approve ordering of medications for patients
- Oversee compounding, preparation, and dispensing of medications
- Dispense medications accurately and resolve medication order issues
- Direct and supervise pharmacy technicians for optimal workflow
- Engage with healthcare professionals to guide medication use
- Monitor patient populations and recommend therapeutic adjustments
- Coordinate shift resources and resolve staff conflicts as charge pharmacist
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required
- 1 year of acute care pharmacy experience or pharmacy practice residency required
- Pharm D preferred
- Licensed Pharmacist upon hire required
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team

Pay
$121,201 – $163,612 annually
