Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and store materials per GMP
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
• Manage drug returns and support sample activities
• Restock supplies and remove expired items
• Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage backup

General Responsibilities

• Stay current on safety and GMP training
• Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
• Complete accurate documentation
• Support team needs, including occasional overtime

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR an Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience
• Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated environment
• Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately

Work Conditions

• Frequent standing/walking
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Use manual/electric pallet jacks
