Pharmaceutical Sales - Territory Manager, Dermatology/Immunology (BOSTON - NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND, MA)
Summary
The Territory Manager, Immunology will drive the sale and promotion of Lilly products within a distinct territory, focusing on dermatologists and allergists. This role operates in partnership with Lilly and reports to the Vanigent Business Director, Immunology.
Essential Functions
- Perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned products within the Immunology selling team
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures and PhRMA code consistently
- Maintain and exceed established account/call activity and time in territory
- Select and deploy HQ-approved educational programs and resources to pull through identified opportunities across target accounts and stakeholders
- Navigate a dynamic healthcare ecosystem with critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access and advance patient impact
- Analyze sales information and recommend actions to maximize opportunities aligned to brand strategy
- Create deep understanding of the disease state, our products, the marketplace, and key competitors
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in accounts to execute business unit/brand strategy
- Utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience, including physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel
- Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
Minimum Required Education & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Immunology
- Self-assured and engaging manner
- Results-oriented mindset
- Documented history and proven track record of sales success
- Experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
- Ability to live in the assigned territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be required depending on the assigned territory and customer needs
Additional Information
- Ability to provide secure and temperature-controlled location for product samples may be required

Career Path
This role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation, commissions, or bonuses based on individual and/or company performance, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. This position is also eligible for a company car through Vanigent’s Fleet Program.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of Vanigent Biopharm’s salary range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including geographic location, market conditions, candidate qualifications, skills, competencies, and overall proficiency for the position. In addition, this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation, commissions, or bonuses based on individual and/or company performance, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
