Pharmaceutical Sales - Territory Manager (Cross Territory Overlay), Dermatology/Immunology (FLORIDA - Field Based)
Summary
The Territory Manager, Immunology will drive sales and promotion of Lilly products within a distinct territory, focusing on dermatologists and allergists. Reporting to the Vanigent Business Director, Immunology, this role collaborates with Lilly to achieve aligned sales performance through effective sales engagements.
Essential Functions
- Perform duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned products within the Immunology selling team
- Adhere to internal policies and PhRMA code
- Meet or exceed account/call activity and territory time expectations
- Select and deploy approved educational programs and resources to target accounts and stakeholders
- Navigate healthcare ecosystem with critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain access and advance patient impact
- Analyze sales information and recommend actions to maximize opportunities aligned to brand strategy
- Create customer value, demand, and advocacy for brand
- Develop deep understanding of disease state, products, market, and competitors
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in accounts to execute business unit/brand strategy
- Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for respective audiences, including physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel
- Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent territory coverage
- Participate in training and development programs
Minimum Required Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Immunology
- Results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, engaging manner
- Proven track record of sales success
- Experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and weekends
- Live in the territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Complete company- and job-related training as assigned

- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be required depending on territory and customer needs

- Ability to provide secure and temperature-controlled location for product samples may be required
