Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales performance to increase market share and volumes of COPD and Asthma products.
- Take full ownership and accountability for actions and activity levels aligned with GSK strategy.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of market trends, GSK products, and competitive offerings.
- Proactively analyze sales data and develop territory-specific business plans to grow the business.
- Collaborate with the territory team to create dynamic call schedules and routing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, payer relations, medical staff, and other GSK functions.
- Proactively organize and execute reach and frequency activities, in-services, and educational programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including sample distribution, call recording, eLearning module completion, and expense tracking.
- Adhere to and comply with GSK policies, practices, and risk-adverse standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated sales experience with a successful track record of exceeding expectations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive or operate a vehicle as driving is an essential function of this role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Preferred experience in healthcare-related sales, particularly in respiratory and allergy fields.
- Familiarity with managed care plans, insurance formularies, and retail pharmacies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify unique sales opportunities and perform tasks beyond designated responsibilities.
- Strong business planning skills and ability to multi-task.
- Can work independently with strong attention to detail.

Schedule
