About the role
Salesfolks has been retained to recruit multiple Healthcare Inside Sales Representatives for an established pharmaceutical and medical-supply distributor in Sterling, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Possess a broad portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical products to sell to healthcare organizations.
- Prospect for new customers by phone, email, and other approved channels.
- Contact healthcare buyers, pharmacy personnel, procurement professionals, and other decision-makers.
- Develop new business opportunities within an assigned market or account base.
- Manage and grow relationships with current customers.
- Re-engage inactive or past customers when appropriate.
- Learn customer purchasing patterns, product needs, and sourcing challenges.
- Present relevant pharmaceutical and medical-supply solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
- Convert customer inquiries and conversations into completed business.
- Develop repeat purchasing relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and activity information in the company’s CRM.
- Work with internal sourcing, pricing, customer service, operations, and leadership teams.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Meet established sales, activity, and revenue expectations.
- Stay organized and maintain disciplined follow-up across multiple accounts and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, account management, or closely related experience.
- Experience prospecting and developing customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and confident telephone presence.
- The ability to build rapport with customers.
- Effective negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and business software.
- The ability to work full-time from the Sterling office.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
