Pharmaceutical Inventory Coordinator Technician - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and store materials in accordance with GMP requirements
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Process drug returns and support sample management activities
• Restock supplies and remove expired materials
• Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage support
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complete documentation accurately, and report issues promptly
• Stay current on required safety and GMP training

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and 5+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, or
• An associate's degree and 3+ years of related experience
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

Work Environment

• Frequent standing and walking
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Use manual and electric pallet jacks
• Occasional overtime as needed

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
