Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative
About the role
Inizio Engage is partnering with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals to support their expanding product portfolio in primary care. We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative with a proven track record of sales success or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs)
- Deliver sales messaging, patient, and product information to targeted HCP offices
- Achie or exceed activity targets as set by the company
- Complete administrative items daily
- Comply with all Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and Inizio policies, including compliance and ethics requirements, and trainings
- Demonstrate persistence towards accomplishing defined sales objectives
- Manage routing plans and daily/weekly call activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Business to Business sales experience preferred
- Comfort with Technology/Virtual Engagements
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time as required (some territories could be more than 20%)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualifications
- Must have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage in compliance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with geographic partners

The base pay range for this position is $60K – $90K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
Schedule
The ideal candidate will be able to travel up to 20% of the time as required, with some territories potentially requiring more frequent travel.
