About the role
Our client is a long-standing leader in pharmaceutical contract manufacturing. They are hiring a Chemist II to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing by HPLC, GC, TOC, and wet chemistry techniques
- Perform method transfers, verifications, validations, and stability studies
- Review and interpret analytical data
- Participate in investigations and assist with root cause analysis
- Train Chemist I associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Review laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 2–5 years of QC or analytical laboratory experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
- Experience with HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolutions, etc.
- Working knowledge of GMP, pharmacopeial standards, and regulatory expectations
- Experience with Empower 3 Chromatography preferred
