What's the Job?

Support the administration, issuance, retrieval, and archival of quality-related records and documentation.

Maintain and organize physical records within the records room to ensure easy access and compliance.

Perform document scanning, indexing, filing, and data entry activities accurately and efficiently.

Assist with inventory management of documentation and archived records to ensure proper tracking.

Support requests from internal teams regarding documentation and record retrieval, ensuring timely service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
