About the Role

As a Pharma/Life Sciences & Med Device/Manufacturing QMS Consultant at the Senior Associate level, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring teams, and navigating increasingly complex situations while deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even in ambiguous scenarios.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. This position offers the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity in product development and manufacturing.
  • Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and propose strategies to enhance speed to market.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs.
  • Leverage digital technologies to improve product quality and operational performance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Manage project resources and guide teams in the execution of product development initiatives.
  • Uphold compliance and standards within manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for business performance improvement.
  • Embrace change and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing strategies.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking to drive manufacturing strategy improvements.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and product roadmap development.
  • Ability to apply emerging technologies to enhance operations management.
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies to inform product development decisions.
  • Skills in developing go-to-market strategies for innovative product positioning.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
