About the Role

As a Pharma/Life Sciences & Med Device/Manufacturing QMS Consultant_Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. This role focuses on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring teams, and deepening technical skills while navigating complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity in product development and manufacturing
  • Identifying bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and proposing strategies to enhance speed to market
  • Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
  • Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and operational performance
  • Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Managing project resources and guiding teams in the execution of product development initiatives
  • Upholding compliance and standards within manufacturing processes and operations
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for business performance improvement
  • Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing strategies

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
