Responsibilities

  • Serves as subject matter expert and manager for PGO lighting training programs (initial, continuing, & emergent)
  • Manages program costs and estimates impacts of changes
  • Engages business unit leaders to establish strategies and incorporate priorities into the applicable programs
  • Led the ADDIE process to implement lighting training initiatives
  • Engages SME’s and Leaders to establish strategic direction and lighting training initiatives
  • Remains abreast of business developments and industry trends that affect lighting initiatives, determines impacts to skills and abilities
  • Identifies strategic cost improvement opportunities
  • Communicates to all levels of the organization, verbally and written
  • Inform and directs stakeholders regarding lighting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree AND six (6) years minimum required related work experience
  • In lieu of Technical degree(s) AND 6 years related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 10 years related work experience
  • Master’s degree In addition to desired degree, 10 years related work experience
  • Desired Qualifications: Communication, Curriculum Development, Training and Program Management, Travel Requirements

  • Prior Training, Delivery, Development, and/or project management experience

Pay

$68.00 - $78.00/hr
