PGIM - Senior Associate, Real Estate Business Development Group
About the Role
We are seeking an astute, determined professional for a Senior Associate position within our PGIM Real Estate Business Development group, based in New York. This role reports to the Managing Director responsible for the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada regions. You will support and initiate business development activities targeting institutional investors for PGIM Real Estate’s global equity, debt, and agriculture businesses. Collaboration, ownership, and innovation will drive your success, and your expertise in emerging trends will help maintain our competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Northeast Lead to support institutional marketing and sales efforts, leveraging their time and resources.
- Partner with the Northeast Lead to jointly cover high-touch existing clients and consultants.
- Develop a targeted outreach program to engage prospective clients and advisors within the assigned sales territory.
- Travel to and participate in client/consultant review meetings and sales pitches.
- Host and coordinate internal attendees and prepare presentation materials for investor onsite meetings.
- Oversee investor due diligence and client onboarding processes.
- Manage client and prospect communication in the sales database and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting the development and execution of marketing strategy for an institutional investments business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, Preqin, and Intralinks.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
- Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and ability to work within a team environment.
- Willingness and desire to learn and teach others.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000. Specific compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits.
