Coverage will be Missouri and Iowa with the expectation that the person is based in the region. Firms targeted will include Ameriprise, Cetera, LPL, Osaic, Raymond James, Wells, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Represent all PGIM Global Wealth products and vehicles including Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, Alternative Investments, and CITs across retail and retirement platforms to investment professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Raise net new assets for the firm and service the existing client base across Wirehouses, Regional Broker Dealers, and RIA Aggregator firms.
  • Differentiate investment strategies, provide technical information, and articulate competitive benefits.
  • Demonstrate expert-level understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, capital markets, and industry-related topics.
  • Work from a home office located in a major zone within the geographic region, with access to a major airport serving the assigned states.
  • Meet specific sales targets across investment products, vehicles, and firms.
  • Communicate effectively one-on-one, electronically, and in group presentations to financial professionals.
  • Maintain strong organization, structure, and discipline in sales systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to align resources with expected sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with successful territory management and selling skills, capable of driving objectives autonomously.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the asset management distribution industry.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience directly to financial intermediaries.
  • Extensive travel in the field, approximately 80% of the time.
  • Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 65.
