PGIM Custom Harvest - Associate, Relationship Management (Direct Indexing & Separately Managed Accounts)

About the role

The Associate will focus on Retail Separately Managed Accounts, working to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Development and review of client transition proposals with financial advisors for prospective clients
• Preparation and review of client performance reports with financial advisors and PGIM wholesalers for existing clients
• Perform new account analysis and coordinate acceptance
• Liaison with FA/clients as well as internal stakeholders
• Respond to account-related inquiries arising from Client Portal
• Ensure the resolution of Financial Advisor/Client inquiries and requests

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client services within investment management, brokerage, or capital markets
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail separately managed accounts and direct indexing
• Specific knowledge of ETFs and structured products
• Excel data analysis functions (COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, etc)
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
• FINRA 7 & 66 licenses

Pay

The salary range for this role is from $75,000 to $105,000. Specific pricing may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
