PGIM’s Private Credit business provides long-term, patient capital to middle-market companies engaged in buyout transactions, refinancings, recapitalizations, growth investments, and more. This capital is provided through private placements, senior secured loans, and mezzanine financings. The private credit business manages over $100 billion across 15 offices globally.
About the role
The Private Credit Summer Analyst Program hosts interns across various teams including Corporate Finance, Real Assets, Alternatives, Workouts/Restructuring, and Loan Sourcing/Syndication.
Responsibilities
- Conducting industry and company research
- Creating financial models
- Writing investment recommendations
- Conducting portfolio and credit monitoring
- Preparing marketing materials

Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- All majors welcome, but prefer candidates with demonstrated experience/interest in financial markets
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Must possess requisite US employment authorization; Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position
Pay
The salary range for this role is $35.00 to $40.00 an hour. Specific compensation may vary within this range based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits, including participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
