About the role

  • Two-week in-person training for new analysts, followed by an Analyst Conference to meet the global analyst community

Responsibilities

  • Conducting industry and company research
  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Writing investment memorandums and recommendations
  • Portfolio relationship management
  • Preparing marketing materials

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • All majors welcome, with preference for candidates demonstrating experience or interest in financial markets
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Must possess requisite US employment authorization; Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position

Pay

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, with specific compensation varying based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
