PFS TEAM LEADER
About the role
PFS Team Leader is responsible for the timely filing and follow-up of claims for assigned accounts, managing, planning, and controlling the workflow of team members, motivating team members to achieve desired goals, and providing education and training for new team members.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
Skills
- Able to work effectively under stressful circumstances
- Analytical and organizational skills must be excellent
- Attention to detail, communication, documentation, and public relations skills should be excellent
- Time management and productivity must be excellent
Physical Demands
- Good physical and mental health
- Able to work under supervision or independently as directed by the situation and under stressful conditions
