Responsibilities
- Answering patients' inquiries related to bills or communication from their visit
- Working closely with third parties to ensure proper handling of outsourced accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of billing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Possess computer system knowledge
- Knowledge of healthcare patient accounting and healthcare insurance coverage
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a hospital or medical setting
- Confidential and good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proper use of standard office equipment
