About the role

Bark & Mane of Cherry Hill offers a unique grooming experience where you can build real relationships with repeat clients, enjoy a less stressful and more structured environment, and maintain a 4-day work week. Our mobile grooming service comes with a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz van, fuel, van, and equipment covered.

Responsibilities

• Create a calm, safe experience for each pet
• Communicate professionally and warmly with pet parents
• Keep your van clean, stocked, and organized
• Deliver a consistently high-quality groom

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional grooming experience (cat grooming experience a strong plus)
• Confidently complete full grooms independently
• Take pride in your work and don't cut corners
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for pets and a desire to provide exceptional care

Skills

• Proficiency in grooming techniques
• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation
