Pet Groomer
About the role
Join a locally owned, mobile grooming team serving happy, repeat clients across southern Indianapolis. We handle the scheduling, logistics, and client acquisition so you can focus on what you do best: delivering premium, one-on-one care in a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van.
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle grooms on a manageable daily schedule that prioritizes safety and quality
- Work independently in the van while communicating clearly with clients and the team
- Maintain sanitation standards and care for equipment
Requirements
- Professional grooming experience required, job-ready from day one
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine care for pets and clients
- Good communication skills to support the customer experience and team collaboration
- Clean driving record and comfortable operating a larger vehicle
- Able to lift and maneuver pets up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Preferences: mobile experience, ability to groom a wide range of breeds and coat types, demonstrated speed with quality (low redos, high rebook rate), and reliability
- Able to work in the U.S.

Pay
Groomers on a full schedule average $1,100–$1,600 per week including tips. Ramp guarantee: While your route builds, you'll receive $18/hr for scheduled hours plus 100% of tips - you always earn whichever is greater.
Schedule
4-day workweek, typically four 10-hour days. Routes set collaboratively based on your availability.
