About the role

Noah’s Animal Hospitals is seeking a Pet Care Specialist/Technician Assistant to join our team at the Geist facility. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning/sanitation of cages, runs and ward areas
• Laundry
• Walking dogs
• Proper upkeep of all areas within the practice
• Providing exceptional care for pets and a warm memorable experience for their human families
• Understanding the importance of exceptional client service and patient advocacy
• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling dogs weighing up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• No previous veterinary or kennel experience required
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Passionate about learning and growing in the practice and career
