Pet Care Specialist - Professional Pet Sitter / Dog Walker

About the role

Furry Fellas is hiring for pet care specialists to provide services including pet sitting, dog walking, and pet sitting for cats and other small animals. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn certifications.

Responsibilities

• Visit client's homes to care for their pets while they are away.
• Perform tasks such as walking, exercising dogs, providing food, medication, fresh water, cleaning up after animals, and managing litter boxes.
• Leave a note for clients after each visit detailing the visit's progress.

Requirements

• Experience with dogs of various sizes and energy levels, or experience with cats and other small animals.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone and daily internet access.
• Able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

Pay

$16-$18 per hour + mileage + tips, or per visit pay option.

Schedule

Availability during at least 2 of our 4 time frames: Morning 7-10am, Afternoon 11-3pm, Evening 4-6pm, Night 7-9pm. Most consistent jobs occur during the 10am-3:30pm hour.
