Responsibilities
- Running a daily route of scheduled pest and wildlife service stops
- Inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity
- Diagnosing entry points and infestation causes
- Applying pest treatments and basic exclusion solutions
- Setting and removing wildlife traps
- Identifying and selling recurring service and upsell opportunities
- Managing documentation and service records accurately
- Communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Managing your own daily route, timing, and workflow
Qualifications
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, high-volume field role requiring physical endurance, strong organization, and customer-facing professionalism. The role involves running a daily route of scheduled pest and wildlife service stops, inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity, diagnosing entry points and infestation causes, applying pest treatments and basic exclusion solutions, setting and removing wildlife traps, identifying and selling recurring service and upsell opportunities, managing documentation and service records accurately, communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners, and managing your own daily route, timing, and workflow.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, structured advancement, and being trusted with responsibility. The strongest route technicians are self-directed, organized, fast-moving, customer-focused, and mentally tough. They solve problems quickly, hit a high volume of stops without sacrificing quality, handle changing schedules calmly, and take pride in keeping customers happy.
We are looking for individuals who can manage their own route, move quickly without cutting corners, and deliver a great customer experience at every stop. If you prefer constant supervision, struggle to stay organized under pressure, or dislike physically demanding work, this role will not be a fit.

Career Path & Compensation
- Apprentice (0–6 months): $20/hour
- Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6–12 months): $21/hour + production commission + lead bonuses
- Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12–36 months): $22/hour + sales commission + increased lead bonuses
- Senior Technician: $23/hour + leadership incentives + annual performance bonus
- Team Lead: $25/hour + leadership bonus structure
- Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package
