Pest Control Technician - Wildlife

About the role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to provide comprehensive service to residential and commercial wildlife control customers. The role involves exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife, with tasks including sealing, caulking, or installing sheet metal to soffits, gutters, roof ridges, vents, and voids.

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair damage caused by wildlife
• Ask questions and conduct in-depth inspections to locate the source of issues
• Provide solutions based on knowledge of wildlife and explain next steps
• Collect payment and propose additional services upon completion of service
• Schedule and run services independently while maintaining accountability

Requirements

• Pass and maintain state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Pass internal technical exams
• Hold a valid Driver's License
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance and wear an approved Arrow uniform
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Able to pass internal technical exams
• Possess current Driver's License
