Pest Control Technician

All U Need Pest Control is a Southwest Florida-based company dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and enjoyable employment experiences for its employees. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pest Control Technician.

Responsibilities

• Properly train for industry standards and receive state-of-the-art equipment and software
• Meet with customers to provide an enjoyable experience and diagnose pest-related issues
• Educate customers on pest solutions using integrated pest management (IPM)
• Treat areas of the house with accurate and high-quality IPM techniques
• Prepare service notifications and relay concerns to the office through in-house software
• Handle a pre-arranged schedule and complete tasks with excellent customer service
• Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and technology

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Criminal background check and drug screen required
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work 40+ hours per week
• Reliable transportation to and from the office daily

Skills

• Excellent communication skills

Pay

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (from wages and commissions)

Schedule

8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, no nights, weekends as needed
