Pest Control Technician - Mosquito
About the role
Full-time Pest Control Technician (Mosquito) providing uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers by treating targeted areas using product granules, backpack sprayer, blower, or motorized spray rig. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior inspection and evaluation of customer properties
- Properly identify insects, pest activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions
- Determine the best course of service and devise personalized solutions
- Communicate calmly and helpfully with customers to put them at ease
- Collect service payments from customers and answer questions patiently
- Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition
- Build lifelong client relationships through professionalism and excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
